Contests

CONTESTS: Each JCHT Salesperson is the sole Manager of their individual contests. Only Social Media Contacts who share, follow, tag, or take other action as listed by Salesperson are eligible to participate. All qualifying contacts will have one entry per action completed for a drawing of one (1) winner. Entries are cumulative, not exclusive. The Jim Click Automotive Team assumes no responsibility for unanticipated delays with the Salesperson drawing due to weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Drawings will be held within 96 hours of contest end. Winning entries will be chosen in a random drawing. Only entries received for during each contest period will be accepted. 

ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary. No payment, proof of purchase or entry fee is required to register. Only contacts18 years or older with a valid U.S. ID are eligible to participate in these Salesperson Promotions. No cash value. If a test drive is required, the test drive must be taken by same individual on entry form. One entry per household, per test drive. 

TAXES AND CHARGES: Winning entrant is responsible for any applicable taxes (whether local, state, federal), surcharges, tariffs, duties, charges, and all other charges that may be associated with the prize.

WARRANTY: Neither the Jim Click Automotive Team nor its agents or agencies assume any responsibility for damages, losses, or injury resulting from the Contest posting, use of Facebook/Instagram or its operation. Jim Click Automotive Team and its agencies and agents make no warranty of any kind regarding the Automobile. THE JIM CLICK AUTOMOTIVE TEAM CORPORATION AND ITS AGENCIES AND AGENTS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDE ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OFFERED BY THE JIM CLICK AUTOMOTIVE TEAM, ITS AGENCIES OR AGENTS, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.

ODDS and PRIZE:  Odds are solely based on the number of total entries for each raflle. ie: If in one raflle, there were 37 entries, odds would be 1:37. If there were 78 entries, odds of winning would be 1:78. There is no cash option for prizes, no exceptions. The specific number of winners will be drawn from the entries received for prize. There are no other prizes, winners take all in each drawing.

DISCLOSURE: Customer entry constitutes permission to disclose any provided information in an effort to comply with legally required disclosure, and/or for promotional and commercial purposes, except where prohibited by law. 

ENTRANTS: Entrants may be required to participate in post-drawing publicity promotions. Entrants will be required to provide personal identification and verification of address to claim prize. The Salesperson reserves the exclusive right to determine whether any entrant meets any pre- or post-drawing requirement to claim any amount won. The Salesperson exclusively reserves all rights to provide adequate substitutes for the prizes if such becomes undeliverable. Should entrant later be determined ineligible for any reason. JCAT assumes no responsibility for validating entries.

SPONSORSHIP: This Contest/Giveaway is a promotion organized by each individual Salesperson exclusively, and is not endorsed by any Jim Click or Holmes Tuttle Dealership. No Jim Click or Holmes Tuttle Dealership or Business, or its related entities are involved in this promotion.

DISPUTE: Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action, arising out of or in connection with the Contest/Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in the state or federal courts within the state of Arizona; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to out-of-pocket-costs incurred, including costs incurred in entering this giveaway, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (3) entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages and rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
